Summer Sharaf is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Novellis Health, a rapidly growing outpatient healthcare network serving New York City. Novellis Health provides comprehensive programs in oncology, urology, surgery, gastroenterology, and women’s health, and operates a QUAD-A accredited office-based surgery center delivering advanced, multi-specialty procedures in a community setting. The network also leads cancer screening and early detection program, partnering with physicians and community organizations to increase access to preventive care and improve outcomes across diverse populations.

Previously, Summer served as Chief Executive Officer at Vantage Health, a healthcare management services organization, where she led the company’s New York City network of clinical facilities. She oversaw all aspects of operations, culture, infrastructure, and compliance, driving both organic and acquisition-based growth and transforming the network into a multidisciplinary system encompassing oncology, urology, and surgery.

At Novellis Health, Summer continues to champion community-based, patient-centered care, expanding access to high-quality services across NYC neighborhoods through education, screening, and prevention programs. She is also a strong advocate for health equity and for developing the next generation of healthcare professionals.
